Good Morning,
Further to our last conversation, I have been remarketing the apartment. As
discussed, the market is full of rental properties but I have managed to
secure a short 3 month let to tied you over until, hopefully, the market
recovers a little. This let will follow on neatly from the last fixed term.
The reason it is so short being that a couple and their grown son are having
a house built in Spain and need a short term let here. I have agreed to this
and am proceeding with Mr and Mrs Billingham on that basis. A couple in their
50's, no pets/smokers etc. The rent agreed at £600.
In theory, this will proceed on Friday the 26th. July. I shall keep you
posted.
